Kerry Residences Achieves WELL Health-Safety Rating

In 2021, Kerry Residences is the first residences brand of the hospitality industry within the mainland region, include all three premises of Beijing Kerry Residence, Jing An Kerry Residences and Kerry Parkside Residences, achieved the WELL Health-Safety rating. The achievement is the first major milestone of an engagement with the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) to advance health and safety in the hospitality sector.

The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, independent verification by a third party, a comprehensive and professional review of the residences. Hundreds of detailed items in 6 major sectors (cleaning and disinfection management, emergency preparedness planning,health service resources, air and water quality management, stakeholder communication and interaction, innovation), 600 experts worldwide (including public health experts,

virus scientists, government officials, academics, business leaders, architects, designers, construction scientists, and real estate professionals) have undergone a preliminary and re-examined strict verification operation management system. Address the challenges and expectations presented by COVID-19, create healthier and safer environments for residents and associates now and in the future.

Kerry Residences was LEED Platinum certified as early as 2016, demonstrating the Kerry Property's strength in health safety buildings.
